As part of Threshold’s rehabilitative program, members engage in the Work-Ordered Day, actively contributing to one or more units within the Clubhouse. These structured activities are designed to cultivate pre-vocational skills, establish daily routines, enhance social and interpersonal competencies, and promote independent living skills.

To ensure a comprehensive orientation, all new members participate in each of the four units, gaining firsthand experience in the daily operations of the Clubhouse and developing a deeper understanding of its collaborative environment.
